A Portrait of Jesus, by Joseph F. Girzone

Author of the Joshua series, Joe Girzone offers the reader a wonderful narrative of Christ's life and provides a contemporary perspective of the stories of the Gospel. A great book for use in any book group.

B. Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1906-1945) – Writer and theologian who was hanged for his part in the Germany resistance during WWII.

J. Moses – Author of the Torah. Led the Hebrew slaves from Egypt and was given the Ten Commandments from God.
K. Thomas Jefferson (1743 – 1826) – Principal author of the Declaration of Independence and the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom.
